Creative Space provides interior design and execution services, including full home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes and storage, living and bedroom furnishing, office and commercial interiors, and renovation and remodeling.
Descriptions of our services on this website are provided for general information only and do not constitute a formal offer or binding commitment. The specific scope of a project, including materials, finishes, timelines and pricing, will be agreed upon in a written proposal or contract between you and Creative Space.
Any estimates, indicative prices or budget figures provided during consultations, on this website, or through our communication channels are indicative in nature and may change based on final design decisions, site conditions and material selections.
Engaging Creative Space for a project creates a contractual relationship governed by a written agreement and these Terms. For the smooth execution of your project, we require accurate information from you, including property details, access and permissions required for the work.
You agree to cooperate with us in good faith, including providing timely decisions, approvals and access to the site. Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to delayed approvals, non-availability of materials, or changes requested by you, may extend the project timeline. Such changes may also affect the cost of the project.
We are not responsible for delays arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, supply-chain disruptions, labour shortages or circumstances attributable to you.
Payment terms for a project are set out in the applicable written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, projects are typically billed on a milestone basis aligned with the progress of work.
All amounts are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Creative Space stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Any warranty on materials or workmanship is provided as set out in your written agreement. To the extent permitted by law, warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the issue is noticed.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, unauthorised alterations, or improper maintenance by the client or third parties.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, design layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Creative Space and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Design concepts, drawings and proposals prepared by our team remain the intellectual property of Creative Space until final payment has been received for the relevant project. Upon full payment and completion of the project, rights to the final design for the specific project are transferred to you, subject to Creative Space's right to use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it in any way. This includes refraining from attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introducing malicious code, or interfering with the proper functioning of the website.
